3. When all entries and names are in both fields, press the “Spin All” button and let the first assignment begin.
4. As soon as the wheels have turned and a person has been assigned to a participant, both the names of the participant and the person are removed from the wheel after a few seconds. They cannot be drawn again this way.

In addition, all of your results (in order) are recorded in the “Results” section for each draw.

How to use the free sweepstakes generator

1. Enter the names of the participants: These are the teams or horses, etc., depending on your competition type.

2. The next step is to enter the names of everyone who would like to take part in the competition. As a result, the second spinner wheel is filled.

3. Spin the wheels: Once both wheels are ready, simply click the “Spin” button. The wheels turn and finally stop, bringing a participant and a horse together. If you have an odd number of people for the number of participants, adjust it accordingly.

Fewer (or more) people as participants?

Managing sweepstakes with a different number of participants can be difficult, but don't worry! With our free sweepstakes generator, every combination is accommodated. Let's look at how we can address various scenarios.

If there are fewer people as participants

You may have fewer people as participants. Here's how to deal with this situation:

1. Click on “Edit” under the second wheel and replace the existing list with the names of your sweep participants. IMPORTANT: Since there are more participants than people, add each person's name multiple times (3 to 4 times, for example) so that multiple participants are assigned to each person.
2. Press “Spin All” to assign a participant to a person. The selected participant and the selected person are automatically removed from their respective wheels.
3. Repeat step 2 until all assignments are complete.

More people than participants

If there happens to be 50 people taking part in your sweepstakes, do the following:

1. Click on “Edit” under the second wheel and replace the existing list with the names of your 50 people.
2. Spin the first wheel to select a participant. After it is displayed on the screen, the selected participant is automatically removed from the wheel and recorded in the Results tab.
3. Turn the second wheel to assign a person to the selected participant. The selected person is also automatically removed from the wheel and recorded in the wheel Results tab.
4. If you want, you can spin the second wheel again so that two (or more) people jointly share of an individual participant (and potential winnings!).
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until all allocations are complete.

Oops, did you make a mistake?

No problem! Just reload the page and start over. It might be helpful to have the list of participants saved on the second wheel so that you can easily re-enter it.

How to display your sweepstakes

In an office environment

If you are organising your competition at a workplace, click on “full screen” in the top menu to focus exclusively on the wheels. A larger display where people can gather to watch is highly recommended.

For people who watch from afar

If some participants aren't in the office, use a screen sharing application to broadcast the sweepstakes. Opting for “full screen” provides the best viewing experience.
