At times, there may be fewer people than participants. Here's how to handle this situation:
- Click 'Edit' below the second wheel and replace the existing list with the names of the participants. Important: Because participants outnumber people, add each person's name multiple times (e.g., 3-4 times) so that several participants are assigned to each person.
- Press 'Spin all' to assign participants to one person. The selected participant and person are automatically removed from each wheel.
- Repeat step 2 until all assignments are complete.
More People than Participants
For example, if 50 people are participating in the raffle, here's how to proceed:
- Click 'Edit' below the second wheel and replace the existing list with the 50 names.
- Spin the first wheel to select a participant. After appearing on the screen, the chosen participant is automatically removed from the wheel and recorded in the results tab.
- Spin the second wheel to assign a person to the selected participant. The selected individual is also automatically removed from the wheel and recorded in the results tab for that wheel.
- Optionally, spin the second wheel again to share responsibility and potential winnings with two (or more) people for one participant.
- Repeat steps 2-4 until all pairings are complete.
